Zlata Filipovic

Biography

Bosnian author who held a diary of her childhood observations from the horrors from the Siege of Sarajevo. Her function, Zlata’s Journal, was released in 1993. She had written her now-famous journal from 1991-1993, when she was between your age groups of ten and thirteen. After graduating from the College or university of Oxford, she worked well in Dublin like a documentary filmmaker. Through the Bosnian Battle, she and her family members escaped Sarajevo and resolved briefly in Paris, France. She’s been known as a Bosnian edition of World Battle II-era Jewish diarist Anne Frank.
