Politician and Democrat who all joined up with the U.S. Home of Staff from California in 1993. He became the Chairman of the home Democratic Caucus in 2013 and he retains two Caucus memberships and it is pro-choice. He received his J.D. from Stanford Laws School before functioning as an attorney on the Legal Assistance Company of Central Massachusetts. He’s a prominent person in the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and offered as its chairman through the 105th Congress. He provides three children along with his wife, doctor Carolina Reyes. He went against Antonio Villaraigosa in the 2011 LA Mayoral race.
