William Penn

Colonial Quaker leader whose solid beliefs in democracy and spiritual freedom resulted in the forming of the state of Pa. He straight helped strategy and and develop the town of Philadelphia. He dropped most of his locks due to an instance of pox when he was a kid. In 1668 he was imprisoned in the Tower of London after composing a pamphlet criticizing the Catholic Chapel. His dad, Sir William Penn, was an associate of the home of Commons from 1660 to 1670. He go through a whole lot of William Shakespeare for his research.
