Early American politician who was simply the 3rd Governor of Maryland from 1782 to 1785. He was also a Maryland Condition Senator and longtime Judge from the U.S. Courtroom for Maryland. He began practicing laws in 1761 and will be admitted towards the bar 3 years afterwards. Three elementary academic institutions are called after him in Maryland. He wedded Mary Munch on May 26, 1763; the few had three kids. He was the 3rd Governor of Maryland, while Thomas Johnson kept the honor to be the first.
