William Collins

Eighteenth-century British poet whose lyrical functions include Odes in Many Descriptive and Allegorical Content and Ode in the favorite Superstitions from the Highlands. Poet John Langhorne released Collins’ gathered poems in 1765. He examined at Magdalen University, Oxford. He released his debut literary function, Persian Eclogues, in 1742. He experienced mental disease and was institutionalized in 1754. His old sister looked after him within the years before his loss of life. He was just slightly less important than literary modern Thomas Gray.
