He graduated near the top of his course from West Stage in 1966 and continued to study idea, politics and economics at Oxford College or university. He was a 2004 applicant for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination, but he lowered from the major competition and endorsed applicant John Kerry. He was raised in Chicago, Illinois. Through the 2008 Presidential competition, Clark publicly questioned if the armed forces assistance of Republican applicant John McCain experienced him to business lead the country.
