Wendy Whelan


Primary dancer for the brand new York City Ballet and artist with Morphoses/The Wheeldon Company known on her behalf Balanchine design of dance. In 1981, she started training at the institution of American Ballet. She danced initial parts in “Namouna, A Grand Divertissement”, a ballet by Alexei Ratmansky. In 2005, she wedded David Michalek. She danced in Brandenburg, a ballet compiled by choreographer Jerome Robbins.
