In the first 1990s, this Russian politician founded and began leading the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia. He’s popular for stirring controversy through both his politics and his personal sights and activities. After graduating from Moscow Condition University, he offered in the armed forces. He later came back to college and gained both a Ph.D. in school of thought and a J.D. In 1991, he went for Leader of Russia; he eventually finished the competition in third place and with almost eight percent from the vote. His relationship to Galina Lebedeva led to a politician kid called Igor Lebedev. He offered as Vice Chairman from the Condition Duma beneath the presidential administrations of Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev.
