Celebrated chef who became a semifinalist in the next season from the cooking food competition Severe Chef and later on earned the eleventh season of the meals Network’s Iron Chef America. He’s also the co-founder of Forage Cafe, which he opened up in Sodium Lake Town, Utah in ’09 2009. He was created within a Malaysian refugee camp and graduated through the California Culinary Academy in 2002. He started working at different restaurants in SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA quickly thereafter. He was called Greatest New Chef by Meals & Wine Mag in 2011. His parents are originally from Vietnam and fled the united states through the Vietnam Battle. He experienced off against Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America.
