Trayvon Martin

17-year-old American senior high school student who, while going for walks residential from a convenience store, was shot and killed by American neighborhood watch coordinator George Zimmerman inside a gated community in Sanford, Florida. Zimmerman stated self-defense and was acquitted of his second-degree murder and manslaughter costs on July 13, 2013. He was suspended by his senior high school in Miami for getting the residue of cannabis in his backpack. Many chat display hosts, including Piers Morgan, instigated conversation and division following the event happened in 2012. His parents, Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, had been shattered by his loss of life. Many people thought his trial would polarize the country, very much as Rodney King’s trial do back 1993; but despite having the acquittal of his killer, points remained calm–although Chief executive Obama spoke out against the verdict.
