Romania’s fourth leader who took workplace in 2004 and governed through two impeachment referendums to gain re-election in 2012. He was the mayor of Romania’s capital, Bucharest, where he rid the town of the plague of stray canines and improved its light and drinking water infrastructures. He was dismissed from workplace in 2007, but a favorite referendum re-confirmed him in workplace; this happened once again in 2012. He was created near the interface town of Constanţa, the biggest Romanian interface on the Dark Sea. He backed George W. Bush’s battle in Iraq, to which he provided a contingent of Romanian soldiers, and spoken of Bucharest-London-Washington axis.
