Tony Geiss

Biography

Especially remembered for his screenwriting and songwriting focus on children’s tv shows and films, he made main contributions to both Sesame Street as well as the Land Just before Time. He researched at Cornell College or university and briefly offered in america Navy. He had written the teleplay to get a 1991 TV film edition of Beatrix Potter’s The Story of Peter Rabbit. Created to Marjorie and Alexander Geiss, he spent his youngsters in NEW YORK. He and his wife of six-decades, Phyllis Eisen, passed away just one yr aside. He was within the writing and creation groups for the 1986 Steven Spielberg feature An American Tail.
