Previous Singaporean ambassador towards the United Nations and also to america. He examined at universities like the Country wide School of Singapore, Harvard School, and Cambridge School. In ’09 2009, he was honored the Order from the Increasing Sun, Silver and gold Star Prize by the united states of Japan. He was created and elevated in United kingdom Malaya. He and Jeane Kirkpatrick both offered as ambassadors towards the United Nations.
