Tom Sharpe

English author who was simply known for writing the Wilt series as well as the books Porterhouse Blue and Blott around the Landscape. He graduated from Pembroke University, Cambridge and relocated to South Africa where he resided for ten years. He worked well as a brief history lecturer in the Cambridge University of Arts and Technology. His dad, Rev George Coverdale Sharpe, was a Unitarian minister. His publication Wilt was converted to a film in 1989, and it starred Mel Smith.
