Biography

British disco singer in the 1970s who had a #1 hit in 1976 using the song “I enjoy Like (But My Baby Loved to Dance).” She began singing being a backup vocalist and program musician before documenting her first solo one in 1969, “Nothing at all in the Globe.” She was a joint champion at the Globe Well-known Song Festival in Tokyo in 1978. She was wedded to Bernard Webb and acquired a son called Max who was simply blessed in 1977 before she re-married in 1993. Her initial recorded one in 1969 included piano playing from Elton John.
