Thomas Cranmer

Leader from the British Reformation, Archbishop of Canterbury, along with a supporter of Royal Supremacy, which meant that the ruler had control on the cathedral. He examined at Jesus University for eleven years. Following the Reformation, he was responsible for creating the initial liturgical and doctrinal buildings for the brand new cathedral. His wife, Joan, passed away during childbirth. He helped develop the situation for Ruler Henry VIII of Britain to divorce his wife Catherine of Aragon.
