Republican politician who was simply elected to represent Mississippi within the U.S. Senate in 1978. He provides chaired both Senate Agriculture Committee as well as the Senate Appropriations Committee during his tenure. He received a B.A. level from the School of Mississippi, where he became a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and was over the cheerleading squad. In 1973, he became among the initial republicans from Mississippi to become elected towards the U.S. Home of Staff since reconstruction. He previously two children along with his wife Rose. He offered as the mind of Richard Nixon’s Mississippi advertising campaign in 1968.
