Tess Gallagher

American poet and author known for Guidelines to the Two times, Moon Crossing Bridge, and additional works. An acclaimed writer, she was the receiver of both Elliston Award as well as the Maxine Cushing Grey Foundation Honor. She went to the College or university of Washington. She released her debut poetry chapbook, Stepping Outdoors, in 1978. She received two Country wide Endowment for the Arts honours. She wedded poet Raymond Carver in 1988. She was affected by Dylan Thomas.
