Ted Lindsay

Hall of Popularity NHL winger nicknamed Terrible Ted. He arranged the NHL players union and for that reason, was traded from his group. He performed amateur hockey in Kirkland Lake before playing for the St. Michael’s Majors in Toronto. He produced a name for himself playing for the Detroit Crimson Wings as still left wing for the Creation Line, featuring middle Sid Abel and correct winger Gordie Howe. He wedded Joanne Lindsay and jointly they raised a family group in the Detroit region. He made an appearance with teammate Gordie Howe in the March 1957 cover of Sports activities Illustrated.
