4-period All-Star who slugged 49 house runs for the Cincinnati Reds in 1954. He became striking coach from the Reds after pension, helping the group win back-to-back Globe Series Championships in 1975 and 1976. He was a standout limited end for the University or college of Indiana’s soccer team. He gained the nickname ‘Big Klu’ for the effective home works he strike during his profession.
