Takis Loukanidis

Greek soccer star in the 1950s and 1960s. He spent his youngsters profession with AEK Komotini, before signing up for the Doxa Play F.C.’s mature group in 1955. He logged 23 performances using the Greek nationwide group from 1958 until 1967, credit scoring three goals. He was raised within an orphanage after Bulgarian military murdered his dad. He competed on the 1960 Western european Nations’ Cup, of which Valentin Ivanov was among the tournament’s best scorers.
