Stephen Bishop

California-born singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He’s known for such 1970s strikes as “On and On” and “Conserve It to get a Rainy Day time.” He released his debut recording, Careless, in 1976. He performed ‘It MAY BE You’ for the soundtrack of Tootsie, a 1982 film starring Jessica Lange and Dustin Hoffman. He was raised in NORTH PARK, California and graduated from Will C. Crawford SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL. His Academy Award-nominated music, “Individual Lives,” was performed for the soundtrack of White colored Nights by performers Phil Collins and Marilyn Martin.
