Sombhu Mitra

Pioneer of Bengali theater, stage professional, and movie director known for productions want Rakta Karabi and Chand Baniker Pala. He went to St. Xavier’s University at the School of Calcutta and produced his Bengali theater debut in 1931. He was presented with the Sangeet Natak Akademi Fellowship for life time contribution in 1966, the best award distributed by the business. His father proved helpful for the Geological Study of India. Both he and professional Shashi Kapoor had been honored the Padma Bhushan by the federal government of India because of their efforts to Indian culture.
