The first winner from the NBC reality series The Contender, WBC Super Welterweight Champ from June 2008–Sept 2008. He published an amateur record of 40-10. He transitioned from Light Middleweight to Middleweight to Super Middleweight during the period of his profession. He grew up without a dad by his mom. He and California’s Mia St. John possess both been WBC Super Welterweight Champions.
