Biography

Songwriter most widely known for his melody “Pay attention to the Mockingbird.” He also utilized pseudonyms Alice Hawthorne, Paul Stenton, and many others. He opened up a music store when he was twenty years previous, offering music lessons on many different equipment. He was posthumously inducted in to the Songwriters Hall of Popularity in 1970. He was the kid of Joseph and Mary Ann Champion. He and his sibling Joseph Eastburn Champion were companions in the music submitting business. His mom was a member of family of Nathaniel Hawthorne.
