Biography

Vocalist and songwriter who was simply a pop celebrity in the 1960s after that later on became an experimental musician using the turn from the 21st hundred years. He 1st became referred to as the lead vocalist from the Walker Brothers, who got such strikes as “Make It Easy on Yourself” and “SUNLIGHT Ain’t Gonna Glow (Anymore).” In the 1950s, he worked well as a kid actor and vocalist, moving to LA to help obtain his profession in entertainment away the bottom. A documentary about him entitled Scott Walker: 30 Hundred years Man premiered in 2006, directed by Stephen Kijak. His dad worked well as an essential oil industry supervisor and his profession forced the family members to move all over the USA when Scott was developing up. He was presented for the Bat for Lashes music “THE BEST Sleep” in ’09 2009.

#Fact
1 Released several critically acclaimed solo albums in the 1960s. His music was marked for its lush orchestral arrangements, his baritone voice, and his lyrics that tackled themes such as socialism, death, madness and unrequited love.
2 Moved to England in 1965 with fellow The Walker Brothers and achieved immense success, notching up two Number 1's in the UK with "Make It Easy On Yourself" and "The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore", before the group disbanded in 1967.
3 Recorded a single in 1972 which consisted of "This Way Mary" and "The Me I Never Knew", both songs written by John Barry & Don Black. They related to the films: Mary, Queen of Scots (1971) and Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (1972), respectively.
4 Was a member of the 1960s singing group, The Walker Brothers, along with John Maus and Gary Leeds.
5 Produced the British band, Pulp's album, "We Love Life", in 2001.
6 Notoriously shy and reclusive, during the height of his fame in the 1960s, he was frequently mobbed by hordes of infatuated teenage girls, akin to the level of hysteria The Beatles had endured.
