Indian sprinter who place the nationwide 200 meters record of 22.82 secs; she competed on the 2000 and 2004 Olympics. She gained her first silver medal on the All-India Open up Country wide Championships in 2000. She became the initial Indian girl to break the 23-second tag in the 200 meter competition. She wedded fellow sprinter Amit Saha. Both she and cricketer Chetan Chauhan gained the Arjuna Award because of their efforts to Indian sports activities.
