Ryan Hall

Marathon runner who have place the American record for the fifty percent marathon as well as the 20k, and competed in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He started working competitively in his junior season of senior high school, earning the Country wide Scholastic mile competition at 4 mins and 6.15 seconds. He began The Hall Guidelines Foundation to activate the working community to greatly help end global poverty. His wife Sara was also a specialist runner. Brian Maxwell, originator from the PowerBar, was also a competitive long-distance runner.
