Ronnie Laws

Preeminent American saxophonist known for his work in the jazz, funk, and R&B genres. His initial hit tune, “Often There,” was included on his debut single album, Pressure Private. He went to Stephen F. Austin Condition College or university in Nacogdoches, Tx but under no circumstances graduated. He briefly performed saxophone for Globe, Wind & Fireplace but still left the music group before it attained any achievement. He was raised with seven siblings, including a young sister, Debra, who got a career being a vocalist. He collaborated with fellow saxophonist Kenny Garrett.
