Biography

American artist and comic book writer who’s the creator from the Lenore comic book series and wrote for the animated tv series Invader ZIM. He proved helpful being a full-time magician after he was informed by art instructors that he’d never end up being an artist because of his crude laughter. He is the writer of several books like the Monsters IN MY OWN Tummy then one At The Screen Is normally Scratching. He was included being a pedestrian in popular and run incident in 2013 along with his partner and even though he harm his knee, he soon retrieved. He composed for Jhonen Vasquez’s cartoon Television show Invader ZIM.

1 Caroline Thompson and Larry Wilson wrote an unused screenplay for the, later canceled, Lenore movie. Dirge's dislike of the screenplay was the main reason for cancellation. Caroline Thompson and Larry Wilson had worked previously worked together on The Addams Family (1991).
2 He came up with his last name, Dirge, from Edgar Allen Poe's poem 'Lenore': "A Dirge for her, the doubly dead, in that she died so young."
3 'Lenore' was picked up for a full-length motion picture by Sony Family Entertainment, but due to Roman's dislike of the idea, the project was scrapped.
4 His cat's name is "Spooky Muffin".
5 Former makeup artist and magician.
