Irish groundbreaking, diplomat, and article writer who was simply hanged in 1916 in charges of treason. As Uk Consul for both Rio de Janeiro as well as the Eastern France Congo, he looked into human privileges abuses. After abandoning his studies on the Ballymena Academy, he proved helpful for a delivery firm in Liverpool, Britain.
