Past Governor of Illinois who, in 2012, began offering a 14-year phrase in federal government prison following he was found out guilty of corruption. He became known for speeches that quoted numbers as not the same as one another as Elvis and Rudyard Kipling. After spending his youngsters boxing and operating like a shoe-shiner and pizza delivery son, he went to Pepperdine University’s College of Regulation.
