Robert Wade

Uk chess champion from New Zealand who dominated play both in countries for quite a while. He was raised on a plantation in New Zealand and was challenged to find sufficient competition as a participant. He was the United kingdom National Champion double (1952 and 1970) and the brand new Zealand Champion 3 x (1944, 1945, and 1948). He was created and elevated on the isle country of New Zealand. He helped Bobby Fischer teach for his famous match against Boris Spassky in 1972.
