Federalist politician who served his house condition of Virginia being a first-district Person in america House of Staff. He held the positioning from 1799 until 1801. After graduating from the faculty of William and Mary, he led a Virginia militia device in the American Groundbreaking Battle. In 1795, he offered in the Virginia Home of Delegates. He was raised in Mathews State (after that Gloucester State) in eastern Virginia. He passed away at age seventy-five in north Virginia’s Clarke State. He and Richard Bland had been both Virginia-born planters and politicians.
