A British writer, poet, librarian, and scholar, he’s particularly known for his 1888 function, The Twilight from the Gods. He also released biographies of John Milton and Thomas Carlyle. He started doing work for the collection department from the United kingdom Museum in 1851. He was fascinated with astrology and, to flee ridicule, released a bit on this issue under a pseudonym. His dad, Richard Garnett, was also an writer. He composed a biography of William Blake.
