Director and author of the feature movies Brick, The Brothers Bloom, and Looper. He also aimed several episodes from the iconic AMC series Breaking Poor including time of year five’s “Ozymandias,” which many critics consider to become one of the better episodes from the series. In 2014, he was called director of Celebrity Wars Shows VIII and IX. He researched at USC’s renowned College of Cinematic Arts. His debut film, Brick, was produced on a spending budget of simply $500,000 and it continued to earn the Unique Jury Reward for Originality of Eyesight in the 2005 Sundance Film Event. He grew up in Maryland. Joseph Gordon Levitt starred in his debut feature, Brick, aswell as his third feature, Looper.
