Ralph Rose

American track and field athlete who received three Olympic precious metal medals at the start from the 20th Hundred years. He earned Big Ten Championships in the shot place and discus in 1904 while at the College or university of Michigan. He was the 1st shot putter to break 50 ft having a 51 feet toss in 1909. His dad J.W. Ralph was also an sportsman at the College or university of Michigan. He earned gold in the 1912 Olympics where in fact the famous Jim Thorpe earned the decathlon and pentathlon.
