Twentieth-century Estonian SSR architect most widely known for his modernist styles that never empty his Soviet root base. His first main architectural fee was the look through the 1960s from the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His best-known structures included the Tallinn Town Hall as well as the Country wide Library of Estonia. He grew up in Tallinn, Estonia. He got into the architectural field a era after the well-known Frank Lloyd Wright embarked upon exactly the same career path.
