This prominent Indian politician took office in 2005 as General Secretary from the Communist (Marxist) Party of India. He previously previously helped to determine the Learners Federation of India (SFI), a youngsters branch of the Communist Party. An associate from the Malayali cultural group, he was raised in Burma because the son of the railway employee.
