Cambodian communist dictator who led the Khmer Rouge in totalitarian control of the federal government from 1975 to 1979. His routine resulted in the fatalities of 25 % of his country’s inhabitants (around 1.5 million people). He examined radio consumer electronics at France’s EFREI and afterwards became a laborer. He passed away in 1998 without ever getting attempted for his offences. He was wedded double. His second wife, Mea Kid, was wedded to him from 1986 until his loss of life in 1998. He was the initial in order in the Khmer Rouge, before #2 Nuon Chea.
