Hard bop tenor saxophone participant who was presented prominently in ‘The Red Panther Theme’ by Henry Mancini. He and his sibling shaped the Johnson Brothers in New Orleans and he continued to reside in Los Angeles like a full-time operating musician. He was a regular contributor to Motown classes, including for tracks by Marvin Gaye, along with the Supremes. He was created in Donaldsonville, Louisiana. Johnson performed like a program musician for Nancy Sinatra.
