Pippa Funnell


Equestrian who was simply one of the better three day time event riders, she won the Grand Slam of Eventing – Kentucky, Badminton and Burghley – twice. She required her first equine, Sir Barnaby, from pony golf club level towards the exclusive Badminton event. She was the 1st woman to be the quantity one-ranked eventing rider, and after retiring from the activity, wrote some pony-related children’s books. She wedded William Funnell, a global display jumper himself. Ellen Whitaker is definitely another popular English equestrian.
