He received two of Europe’s most exclusive contests, Montreux Jazz Piano Competition and Jazz Hoeilaart. His 2012 recording offering the music of Krzysztof Penderecki was Decca Classics’ 1st instrumental recording from Poland. His family members was surviving in Kraków when he was created. He and fellow Polish pianist Janusz Olejniczak had been contemporaries.
