Pietro Belluschi

Portland-based leader of architecture’s Contemporary Movement; he designed over 1,000 structures. Served mainly because Dean from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s structures and planning college from 1951 until 1965. He fought for Italy in Globe Battle I, fighting within the fights of Caporetto and Vittorio Veneto contrary to the Austrians. Then attended the University or college of Rome that he graduated in 1922 having a level in civil executive. He served like a presidential appointee within the U.S. Percentage of Good Arts from 1950 until 1955. He fathered two kids with his 1st wife, Helen Hemmila. She passed away in 1962, and he remarried in 1965 to Marjorie. He and Louis Sullivan both pioneered Modernist style.
