Several years following opening his 1st Pierre Herme Paris shop in Tokyo, Japan, this popular pastry chef founded a branch of the business in his indigenous France. He consequently became the youngest-ever champion from the French Pastry Chef of the entire year honor. Before starting his personal pastry business, he worked well for over ten years at Fauchon, a Paris-based premium food string. He and his co-writer, Dorie Greenspan, released two cookbooks: Sweets by Pierre Hermé and Chocolates Sweets by Pierre Hermé. He was raised in Colmar, France, in a family group of bakers and pastry chefs. When he is at his early teenagers, he apprenticed using the popular pastry chef Gaston Lenotre.
