Peter Pratt

British actor recognized to television viewers as the next Grasp in Doctor Who. He also performed in the Gilbert and Sullivan comic operas. When he was just twenty-two, he became a member of the D’Oyly Carte Opera Organization and played smaller sized roles for quite a while until he finally broke through as Robin Oakapple in Ruddigore. In 1973, he made an appearance on several Television series including Murder Must Advertise, The Brontes of Haworth, Menace The Solarium, Play for Today Jack port Stage, and Z Vehicles Cadet. He was wedded to Joyce Wright before later on marrying Persistence Sheffield. Tom Baker was the eponymous Doctor during his period as The Grasp on Doctor Who.
