Peter Agre

Nobel Prize-winning chemist who was simply elected president from the American Association for the Advancement of Research in ’09 2009. He briefly regarded running for the seat in america Senate in 2007. He received his BA from Augsburg University and MD from Johns Hopkins School. He helped discovered the Scientist and Designers of America group and he received the 2003 Nobel Award in Chemistry for his breakthrough of aquaporins. His dad, like himself, was a chemist. He was a highlighted visitor on Stephen Colbert’s The Colbert Survey.
