Peggy Lloyd

Remembered on her behalf roles in early 20th-century Broadway productions of Romeo & Juliet and Having Great Time, she actually is also well-known for her association (through her director partner) with Alfred Hitchcock and Orson Welles. She produced her Broadway debut within a 1920 creation of THE NIGHT TIME Boat. Through the 1930s, she was a regular performer using the Functions Progress Administration’s Government Theatre Project.
