Well-known for her work in the R&B, metropolitan modern, and dance pop music genres, Perri “Pebbles” Reed could very well be renowned as the creator and manager of the favorite 1990s group TLC. She released many solo albums, like the Platinum documenting Pebbles (1987) as well as the Gold-designated recording Constantly (1990). In the first 1980s, she started her career like a songwriter and back-up vocalist for the group Con Funk Shun.
