Paul Gann

Activist who also founded a conservative business called People’s Advocate, Inc. He was among the writers of Proposition 13, which suggested a decrease in California house fees. He was defeated by Democrat Alan Cranston in the 1980 California US SENATE competition. He contracted the HIV computer virus through a bloodstream transfusion and passed away in the past due 1980s from problems of the condition. Born and elevated in Clark Region, Arkansas, he later on resolved in Sacramento, California. He and Kevin Powell had been both well-known politics activists.
